程兆麟，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。近年来主持国家社会科学基金项目1项，浙江省哲社科规划重点项目1项，浙江省自然科学基金项目1项，教育部博士后基金1项，浙江省社科联重点项目1项。在国内外发表论文二十余篇，出版专著2部。
