石季辉，博士、副教授、硕士研究生生导师。湖州师范学院管理科学系系主任，湖州市1112人才工程培养人选，南太湖特支计划拔尖人才。近年来主持国家社会科学基金项目1项，教育部人文社科项目1项；横向项目2项。湖州市社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖3项。在国内外发表论文20余篇，出版专著1部。
